The web server keeps ordinary error logs so that I can tell when something is broken. They are not used to build a profile of anyone and are rotated automatically.
If you write to me, I keep the message until I have answered it, and usually for a while after that because I am not tidy. I do not add anyone to a list, because there is no list.
